Booking done through BookmyFLEX may be refunded only if cancelled within the refund period specified below in this policy. Some bookings may have different policies or requirements for a refund associated with them, including some bookings that are not eligible for a refund under any circumstance. Please see below for refund terms applicable to such products.
“Date of the transaction”, for the purpose of this Refund Policy, means the date of booking of any type of space, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable product or service agreement (see here).
“Refund Period”, you may cancel a booking only if it is within the cancellation allowed timeframe for the type of booking. Refunds will be issued only when cancellation happens during the allowed cancellation timeframe.
A booking can be cancelled 48 hrs prior to the start of booking. Any booking cancelled 48 hrs before the start of booking, will be eligible for refund of the balance of booking amount, after deducting the processing fees and taxes on the processing fees, from the amount paid at the time of booking.
Refund amount will be paid through the same mode of payment, as used for the booking. Amount refunded may take upto ten business days, to reflect in your account.
