Cancellation and Refund Policy – On Demand Booking
- IN CASE OF CANCELLATION BY A USER:

You may note that no cancellation fee to be charged for a Workspace Reservation that is cancelled within thirty (30) minutes of creating the said Workspace Reservation. Any amount paid will be refunded.
- IN CASE OF CANCELLATION BY THE COMPANY:
- The Company shall credit back the entire amount of money paid by the User towards the Reservation Fee.
- The Company, at its sole discretion, shall decide the mode through which refund of the Reservation Fee shall be credited back to the User.
- The Company’s determination of cancellation fees and refunds applicable to Users shall be conclusive and binding on the Users. Any disputes in this regard will be subject to the dispute resolution mechanism under Paragraph 15 of these Terms.
